Setting up and managing a Microsoft Exchange server is often a challenge that I find a lot of people struggle with if they don’t have a background in IT. As a registered member of the Microsoft partnership network, I am able to sell you Microsoft products and manage them for you, this includes more complex options such as Microsoft Exchange.

I can provide your business with Microsoft services without you having to have any technical knowledge to set them up. You can find more information about common Microsoft products here, all of my prices are the same as Microsoft.

Microsoft office & email

$20 / Month admin feePlus the cost of Microsoft products
  • Exchange server set-up
    I'll set up the exchange server to work with your domain and create any user accounts that you need.
  • Easy to use emails
    A key advantage of using Microsoft exachange for emails is their highly integrated email system, regardless of what email browser that you are using. Almost every email browser is built in with a one-click email install for Microsoft.
  • Access to Microsoft
    With me as your Microsoft agent, you will have access to purchase any product from the Microsoft library (excluding non commercial products). You will always be charged at the exact same rate as Microsoft sells these products.
  • Microsoft admin centre
    You will still have complete access to the Microsoft admin centre to be able to change anything that you would like.
  • Ongoing advice & support
    Every step of the way, I'll be here to help. I can answer just about any question that you might have. If you need any support in regards to your exchange server, I'll be able to solve it rapidly as I am the one that set it up - Support rates do apply.

Desktop IT support

$120 / HourCharged in 6 minute intervals
  • Ad hoc support
    Get support on an ad hoc basis, no lock in contracts.
  • Quick response times
    I can typically respond to any issue within 24 hours, getting you back on track sooner rather than later.
  • Monthly Billing
    Any service time that you use throughout any given month will be totalled at the end of the month and invoiced to you in a single invoice.
  • Remote & in-person support
    I find that most issues can be resolved remotely, but in instances where in-person support is needed, I will be there.
    *There is no call out fee but my travel time is billed.
  • Hardware & software support
    Most problems are software related but sometimes there is a scenario where it's the hardware that has failed, I can help by replacing the faulty hardware.
    *All replacement costs are passed along to you.
  • Consultation
    If you're looking to upgrade your systems or build new ones, I can help give conslutation as to what solutions would best fulfill your requirements.
