- Discounted support ratesDesktop IT support is charged at a discounted $100 / hour. Having such integrated controls allows me to not only provide support quicker and easier but also gives me the ability to prevent many problems from occurring in the first place.
- 2 included hours supportThe first two hours of support that you use in any given month will be free.
- Management for 10 devicesYou can cover additional devices for $15 / month each.
- 100GB cloud backupYou can purchase additional storage for $0.80 per GB / month. When setting up the service, I will consult with you to determine what data is important to you and needs to be backed up.
- Remote monitoring & managementThe system that I install on your computers gives me the ability to completely monitor and manage your system remotely, I'll be able to constantly watch for problems before they occur.
- Enhanced securityEvery device will have an enhanced security system installed on them to protect you from potential threats.
